I forgive those who have harmed me in the past – I Set My Intention
Join us for an intention setting practice and enjoy some minutes of mindfulness. Our intention is to work towards forgiveness.
Forgiving can be extremely difficult but know what you are in charge of how you feel and it is possible to remove pains caused by others.
Know that you can release your own parachute and fly without this heavy feeling.
Cut the cords that bind you to it.
Release it and allow yourself commit to freedom and continue soaring.
I FORGIVE THOSE WHO HAVE HARMED ME IN THE PAST
“Forgive anyone who has caused you pain or harm. Keep in mind that forgiving is not for others. It is for you. Forgiving is not forgetting. It is remembering without anger. It frees up your power, heals your body, mind and spirit. Forgiveness opens up a pathway to a new place for peace where you can persist despite what has happened to you” ~ Les Brown
